Mike is the consummate professional. We couldn't recommend his services enough if you are in the need of buying or selling a property. As our buyer's agent, he had the integrity to point out flaws in a prospective property that we wouldn't have otherwise noticed, just to ensure we would be fully satisfied with our decision should we move forward. Making a deal and collecting a commission check was secondary to ensuring his client was 100% satisfied and happy with their purchase. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and never pushy. As our seller's agent, his understanding of our local market and expert guidance made us comfortable listing our home for a higher price than we thought we would ever receive. To top it off, we sold our home for full ask in just 7 days. We feel extremely fortunate to have found Mike, and we know you will feel the same too!

I highly recommend Scott Morehouse and the Hackenberger team. On both a personal and professional level Scott was terrific. We discussed in depth what I was looking for and my expectations - which I had to adjust in a hot market. Scott made appointment after appointment, sometimes without much notice, and drove us all around the area. He has an eye for detail and often pointed out things I didn't catch. His recommendations were invaluable, both in looking at houses and in building complex offers. When I chose new construction, he kept track of the progress and all of the changes I requested. It involved a lot of communication and a lot of paperwork. He was on top on it all every step of the way and kept me informed. Scott wasn't just my realtor; he was a teammate. The entire team was professional, pleasant, and responsive.
