He will show you the homes that you want to see and watch the market daily for new homes that might be right for you. When you find the One, Jeremy will do a market study to see what the home is really worth and help you negotiate the best possible price and terms to suit your needs. NEXT...you will meet Melissa Shirey, the Team's Listing Manager & Settlement Coordinator. Melissa has been in the Real Estate Business and with The Hackenberger Team since 2000. Melissa focuses on providing the best service possible to our clients by working strictly with them. She will work with the clients from start to the settlement table. Her primary responsibility is to process listings and sales. From gathering information, taking photos, advertising, entering the homes into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to scheduling settlements, working closely with the title companies, insurance companies, inspection companies and providing feedback to all clients so they are aware as to what is going on with their sale or purchase.
